Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotes, works and services provided by Bowral Concrete Co. (ABN 96 680 841 285). By accepting a written quote or engaging us to carry out concreting works, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are based on site conditions visible at the time of inspection and information provided by the client. Variations discovered during works (rock, unstable ground, buried services, access changes) may attract additional charges quoted before proceeding.

The client is responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the site, marking underground services (Dial Before You Dig), and obtaining any council approvals required for the works.

Payment terms are set out on your quote and invoice. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Final invoices are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue accounts may attract interest at 2% per month.

Concreting is weather dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule pours due to rain, extreme heat, or conditions that would compromise the finished result. We will always give as much notice as possible.

Concrete continues to cure for 28 days after pouring. The client is responsible for keeping the surface clear of vehicles, heavy loads, staining agents and pets during the initial curing period as advised on handover.

We warrant our workmanship for 12 months against defects caused by faulty installation, subject to normal wear, correct use, and the natural characteristics of concrete (minor surface cracking, colour variation, and efflorescence are inherent to the material and not defects).

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected works. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
